Celebrate Martin Luther King Jr Day 8:30-11am Jan 20
The public is invited to celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday, January 20, 2025 at Kalana O Maui (County Building), 200 S High Street, Wailuku. The program includes: a blessing by Leiohu Ryder; proclamation presentation by Mayor and First Lady Bissen; Emcee Kahu Alalnai Hill; a recitation by Bryant Neal of Dr King's famous "I Have a Dream" speech; performances by vocalist Sheryl Renee and the Ashton Yarbrough Quartet; the Dr King Speech Poem Project; and, much more.
