This free community event is designed to listen, learn, and share resources around diabetes care. Together, we hope to better understand the challenges faced by those managing diabetes and connect people with helpful tools and support.
What to Expect:
- Share your experiences with diabetes management
- Learn what care routines work best for others
- Discover what resources are available locally
- Enjoy a complimentary healthy meal and take home a Mahalo Bag filled with goodies
